Fucking Carl. He's the only guy who can take a $150 watch and make it look like a million bucks.

This one for me:

The goddamned 007. There is no reason why this watch should work as well as it does; it's too cheap, it's got a 7S26 movement inside, half the time Seiko can't get their slave labor to line up the chapter ring, and the bracelet is made from tin foil. And yet, it does. It's remarkable. You could wear one of these for twenty years, and spend what you would have for a Submariner for fine vintage Swedish Erotica Aunt Peg porn to whip off to. And have some extra left over for a second-hand Kia. Go figure.
My little brain can't even comprehend how deep that is.

I thought I had a good picture of this. Got the hands in an ok place, decent angle good show of the texture on the sundials......then I notice a chunk of fuzz.

Best of luck to all our east coast members with this storm - for some reason, my area is really getting pounded.

What’s up Lords? I like this Samurai I picked up yesterday. Since I’m not a long time Seiko guy, I don’t have to fuss over the pros and cons of increasing the size, the hour hand style etc... In this instance, as in most other aspects of my life - ignorance is truly bliss. (And Happy New Year)

I think we need a Newer New Testament. You know, the one where God reveals His new covenant with corporations.

Holy crap, Barzini!

One of the finest watch collections and a true WIS has returned.

Good to see your name pop up and quite a nice Seiko, sir.
