Re: Orient Star Diver
That guy does a nice job -
Never have been a big fan of Orient, but the Star line does indeed offer good value for the price.

Re: Orient Star Diver
Interestingly, Orient Star has only issued one diver before this one, the very fine Revolver. This could be a fine replacement for that one.

And the OS300, the best/second best dive watch I have owned (vying with the MM300).

Total agreement.jason_recliner wrote: ↑November 25th 2021, 12:21amAnd the OS300, the best/second best dive watch I have owned (vying with the MM300).
I sold my MM300 but have retained the OS300. The MM300 is pretty special but I would maintain the OS300 is the best dollar for dollar dive watch ever.

Re: Orient Star Diver
I just pulled the trigger on a red dial Sat diver from Watches88. I'm very excited. I sold a few and have some funds available, so sick of the marketing hype around the Swiss brands.jason_recliner wrote: ↑November 25th 2021, 12:21amAnd the OS300, the best/second best dive watch I have owned (vying with the MM300).

I agree completely, although I will keep my Tuna, the Sat diver is going to be my new fave.bedlam wrote: ↑November 25th 2021, 2:23amTotal agreement.jason_recliner wrote: ↑November 25th 2021, 12:21amAnd the OS300, the best/second best dive watch I have owned (vying with the MM300).

The OS300 is a beast. I found it wears best on an ISOfrane rubber strap.Pete26 wrote: ↑May 1st 2022, 6:06pmI agree completely, although I will keep my Tuna, the Sat diver is going to be my new fave.bedlam wrote: ↑November 25th 2021, 2:23amTotal agreement.jason_recliner wrote: ↑November 25th 2021, 12:21amAnd the OS300, the best/second best dive watch I have owned (vying with the MM300).

Hahaha! I was going to joke too bad they don't do an orange dial. But they do!!!Pete26 wrote: ↑May 1st 2022, 6:05pmI just pulled the trigger on a red dial Sat diver from Watches88. I'm very excited. I reckon I miss that one more than the PO and the SD. Maybe even more than the MM300. I'm with Carl, something about this one, it's just... well... PERFECT. Just to be obtuse, I reckon I'd put one on a BC instead of Isofrane. Just more choices.
