Oceanica Manta Ray 200M

Post by koimaster » January 18th 2021, 1:54pm

Oceanica Watch Company is a small watch company based on Long Island, New York. We have been around since early 2018 and have had Four succesful campaigns to raise funds to produce watches, you the enthusiasts really strive for in terms of Quality, Cut, Finish, Movement, Components, and Packaging - only we try to strive for the best possible price we can give our backers! This time around, we have gone even further and sourced an amazing custom case, dial, higher quality movement, and components which far exceed the quality of anything we have ever produced before. We are still keeping it affordable, and STILL improving the quality year upon year as we grow !

Well I'll be damned. All you have to do now is just NOT use a NH35/36 movement and you have a unique Diver in the Micro market. They're using a Miyota 9015 :bvbvbv:

Great movement. My interest ends there.

Looks like it will wear long in the lugs, that bezel pip is gonna' get knocked loose. And the case is completely pedestrian.

BIG yawn.

Well, it's a step in the right direction; too bad it's not in a nicer watch.

Still begging for money. Case appears not to fit snugly on the wrist like most cheap watches. Cheap strap. I say it cost no mote than $40 to build and market.

I'd rather pick up one of the new Islander watches with a 9015 (a movement I really like) because not only will I know the company will back it, but I know the company will be around.

The dials on these. There's just no excuse.
