Wearing mine today. I decided it does rattle like Jaw's. I think it is a multifactorial issue: small, minimal metal case, large movement, plexi glass crystal. The watch has performed fine over the years....However just noticed when setting it this morning, the date wheel is slipping/won't advance. Dammit!

Just attached the mesh strap to mine..wearing it now..will take pics later..so far so good..and no, mine doesn't rattle much on wrist.

Good to hear they didn't give you the run around. I've bought several things from them and if I ever have to return something, glad they won't give me problems.

Hmmmmm....interesting.
My guess is that MassDrop ships via UPS. That would explain everything.
