Thanks.

I live with three pugs (2 black one fawn), a shiba inu, a greenwing macaw, a severe mini-macaw, a sengal parrot, a cockatiel, a 13-foot rainbow boa, russian racing tortoise, bearded dragon and, lastly, a bengal cat.

No wonder I'm nuts.

Sorry for your loss Koi, I'm sure he's in a better place now. Glad that you had Woodrow for a companion. Seems that he was a fine companion.

My cat Murphy, who is, alas, not the sharpest knife in the drawer, trying to figure out a new cat toy:

This is my pet. His name is speedy. This is a pic of him fetching the morning paper for me. I cannot let him do it everyday as it is almost midnight before he gets back and everything is old news.

This spoiled-rotten little monster is named Daffodil.  She has me completely wrapped around her little dew-claws...
ImageI'm completely bonkers over this one...in 25+ years of being owned by dogs, this one has become my whole world...
Image
She's all grown up now, but she'll always be that little house-shoe-with-hair that Mrs. Mort surprised me with nearly two years ago...
Image
She's managed to charm even my psychopathic biker bros...

This seems to be a common thread in these pet threads...still, your Abigail is a definite 'Q-T-pie,' as Mrs. Mort would opine...Image

Ya never forget 'em. Mine have me all wrapped around their tails, as I sit here and hope I helped give them a good life.

My shepherd/chow mix girl is 13 going on 14, and I relish all this bonus time I feel like I'm getting; that's the understatement of the year.

Bad flash pic of our remaining two after the passing of their older sister this week. Buddy (left) and Sadie. Both about 6 yrs old, rescued from a shelter about 3 years ago.
Buddy is a medical miracle since I believe that he was born without a brain. Sadie is the most mellow cat we've ever had. (and we've had plenty)

My boy Homie, 3 years old.
I was at a gas station in Hawaii and he came running up to me with a smashed, Bud Light, can in his mouth. There was a grimy group of people drinking out to the side of the station and they said I could have him if I wanted him. He stunk to hell and back, and they said that the only toys he would ever need were smashed beer cans. I figured I could give him a better home than what he had, so he became my first dog. Almost everyone who has met him is crazy about him, he is great with small dogs, kids and cats.

This is my pride and joy, Buddy, 14 years old. Hawaii has a lot of stray cats, I found this one as a kitten. He has one eye, a tail that is about 3" long and a deformed hip (the veterinarian said he's inbred). The other wild cats were picking on him, so I caught him and took him home. He doesn't think like a normal cat, since his hip is deformed he can't jump, climb trees or run, so if he want's to get to things, he has to think logically as to how he is going to do it. He is a people person, he loves people and is very vocal.

I have a 12 year old girl cat that is autistic, she rarely comes out, except at night, and getting a good picture is tough. She was wild and is inbred too.
It cost me a small fortune to fly them from Hawaii to Missouri, I don't think any of them will forgive me for the move with the bad winter we just had.
The truth doesn't hurt unless it ought to.

My 4.5 lb. chihuahua, Samson.

Image

I picked this one up (Big Boy), in the median of a 4 lane highway in September of 2012. He was about the same size as Samson.

This is Big Boy now @ 77 lbs.

Guess who the boss is?
After all, no ham-wristed louts complained when all watches were 34mm - no cries of "looks like a little girl's watch on my wrist!" Like King Canute on the beach, that's where I draw the line - come what may.

Calling your 4.5-lb chihuahua "Samson" is inspired. Nice,

Our dog is named Belle, named as such because she's a rescue from Virginia. WTF - I'll post her.
