I am not your bitch, bitch...I'll always remember that line from Project Runway...yeah, I'm metrosexual. Anyways, Mr Pineau if you are watching (sic) you said you would send me an extended warranty for my Hydroscaph. My AD replaced my original Clerc in 48 hours, a month + should be just enough time to get that extended warranty in the mail and to my mailbox don't you think?
Except they're swiss so it's pronounced "Claire".
I wanted to state that Clerc has made good on its word and given me a two year extension on my warranty signed by the company's owner. I know that watch companies get pretty busy around the time of Baselworld and everything else comes to a standstill for about a month. Anyway, I'm pleased to have the extra time on the warranty and am very intrigued by the watch. For me it is more of an art piece on the wrist than a tool diver but it certainly meets the criteria for diving too. The movement is freaking smooth as butter, as good as APs and JLCs costing far more than this. There are a few design cues that could be improved like the date wheel, not a big fan of the wheel, but honestly at my age the date is not readable on most watches except my Fortis Big Date or on Glashutte Original's Panorama Date, which I love but is too big a watch for my taste and I have watched the prices go north on this brand like a dog sled heading towards the finish line. Thanks to Mssrs Pineau & Clerc and the company for their kind gesture.

Well done. Nice to know that Clerc and Jerome Pineau not only stepped up to show other what customer service really is but that they take the time to read posts and follow up with clients.

Cool to hear they stood up - I have always liked the Hydros- there's just not enough money in the world in circulation.

Only if the lady can wear a 44mmx48mm watch that weighs a bunch.

I find tv watches to be like the guys who raise their truck you need a fricken ladder to get in. It’s a attempt to look cool... that’s all.
