JOOLTOOL Polisher

Post by codguy » November 11th 2018, 9:58am

I purchased a grinding/polishing machine during my recent SEMA Show visit, it was purchased to assist polishing the stainless trim on my '39 Merc.

The kit; https://jooltool.com/collections/joolto ... ion-kit-xl

During a demonstration, the inventor/marketer of the kits removed scratches and re-polished a Cartier watch bezel. A fellow spectator handed her his brushed Breitling and challenged her to remove desk diving swirlies and match the finish, it came out perfect.

Looks like I have another purpose for this kit besides car parts/trim, tool sharpening and firearm work.........

Thought I would share.

PS- John, she has a nice rack
PSS- Dr. Smells, she wears a Rolex.
PSSS- Codguy, you would do her.

That's a really nice setup. She has a steady hand to not touch those brushed areas. I also learned from her to use the 3M Vetrap on the fingers, it's reusable and saves your fingers.

I had a previous employer buy me a similar but more commercial rig from Baldor.

It's intended use, which I suspect Codguy could relate to, was to turn imported German product from brushed to polished stainless steel. Way long time ago before Franz Schneider Brakel had a domestic presence as FSB and before they cataloged US32.

And it did indeed come in handy for a pantload of other stuff.
