Oregon airshow part two.

Post by Mark1 » October 2nd 2023, 9:03am

The second Oregon International airshow of the year was held last weekend. With the Blue Angels making their first appearance in eight years, codguy and I drove down to attend. We lucked out on the weather, but endured a few snafus thanks to the event organizers. The first several acts of the show were watched from my car on Hwy 18. It's even money the event organizers could locate their ass with two hands and a mirror. Issues aside we got seated in plenty of time to see the stars of the show. Enough whining, a few pics.

...without the world's best military force of aviators. Incredible.
Good you noticed the RCAF Northern Stars Aeroteam. My Dad was an RCAF pilot, so I'm sure he tips his hat :-)

Thanks guys. I forgot the R before the CAF part. Your southern neighbors ditched the royals about 250 years ago. However, I should know better, having spent a week at RCAF Cold Lake thirty years or so ago.
