Oh Smelly & Fatty - don’t be silly! You don’t have to be a hair dresser to appreciate them any more! They are, by all measures, fantastic automobiles - just ask my daughter!

Completely field-service friendly...

Derived from racing provenience NO manufacturer can match...

“Porsche has cemented its position as the most successful manufacturer in the history of Le Mans.”

While it pales to the unrivaled accomplishments of the 911, my daughter is not the only one that finds it fun to pedal:

The Porsche Boxster receives the "Automobile of The Year" award from Automobile Magazine.

Car & Driver magazine ranks the Porsche Boxster among its "10 Best Cars."

The Porsche Boxster receives the " MotorWeek Driver’s Choice Award" for Best New Sports Car.

The Porsche Boxster receives the Masters of Design Award from The Fashion Group International.

The Porsche Boxster receives the "Best New Sports Car" and "Best New Design" awards from the Automotive Journalists Association of Canada.

That forum, though... Yeeeeaaaah... seems a little ghey. But, really, who the hell am I to criticize since I find no shame in flogging a hairdresser’s ride...!?

I know a guy that sold his 911 in order to buy a Cayenne. Then he added a Panamera to the garage.

Why yes, he is gay. How'd you know?

I was told many years ago that no sooner did Porsche fix the suspension so the 911 didn't end up in the ditch, they got rid of the engine that made it so much fun to end up in the ditch.

Well... I can only defend it so much... I fundamentally don’t disagree. However, it is a superb little car, über neutral, quick, reliable, and fun... you know, like a Golf Cabriolet, or a {gasp} Miata - but better. But... it’s like a Golf Cabriolet or Miata, and most of us prefer cars for grown-ups.

Plus, there can only be one Highlander:

It is a fine car for the ladies.
Yep ^.

Sorry Nuvo, despite me being a Porsche homer, three things Porsche related I stay flaccid about;
1) The chick car called Boxster
2 All four door Porsches
3) Those which are water cooled (including brother-in-law's 928)
This is gospel, Cod! I just caved a little... I mean, she does look so cute driving her little sporty near-911...

Hm. If I actually wanted to afford a Porsche, the only one I would ever be interested in indeed by now is a 911, 70ies or early anyways. When young (very young) I briefly flirted with the thought if buying a 924. But as a young officer one lacks the funds, and later once married, well...
Anyways, I never drove a Boxster. The name alone sounds idiotic. But it is not an ugly car.

In twenty years or so, the German language will be one, massively long compound word.
