Mount Sinai has done a study using an app. they came up with for the Apple Watch. Using the heart rate sensor, the app. can predict a Covid-19 infection up to a week before current pcr tests. No nasal swabs required, no standing in line with a bunch of sick people or waiting hours to get tested.
