Breitling Colt Skyracer Hands-On

Post by Racer-X » March 26th 2017, 6:48am

by Kenny Yeo "The watch industry is facing tough times, and offering more affordable pieces that present a real value proposition for buyers is an obvious way to reach a larger market. For mainstream luxury brands like Breitling, this means more bang-for-buck pieces like the new Colt Skyracer that we have here. In covering the release of the Breitling Colt Skyracer here."

Not being a Breitling guy (I owned Juan's old Superocean for a short time, and it was the tits), why the hate for the Colt? I never understood that.
I find tv watches to be like the guys who raise their truck you need a fricken ladder to get in. It’s a attempt to look cool... that’s all.

Not my cup of tea; but, for the money I think it is reasonable. COSC uber Quartz movement, Breitling design and should be damn near indestructible.

Luminox can be had for a fraction of the price; but, it still isn't a Breitling. No Luminox Quartz in use can touch this movement. And I love Breitling design. Not worth the price difference for me; but, names matter to folks.
