Wearing this Seiko

BM 6-2-19.JPG

Thank you... Sold most of my gear several years ago but kept this '81 Les Paul Pro w/P90's. I had the Pick guard signed by Les Paul when I saw him at Fat Tuesdays back in the early 90's. The top is from an Arctic White Studio Deluxe I have since sold, but kept the pick guard. I've been playing my acoustics but I just had this set up and the frets refinished last week. Problem is I no longer have an amp. Sold my '66 Ampeg Reverberocket, which was a mistake because it had an amazing sound.

Not your run of the mill SKX011; it was modded by the previous owner.

239 Stock SKX011
85 Double Domed sapphire crystal and install
60 Ceramic lumed bezel insert and install
50 Seiko silicone rubber strap
95 Seiko NH36 movement and install (hacks and hand winds)
25 Dagaz black hands and install
39 Seiko SARB059 crown/stem and install (needed for movement upgrade)

I'm very pleased with the watch, the dial is very clean and sharp.

I wish I could take better pictures.

That’s a great looking watch and the rally strap makes it perfectly finished. It looks more like a “gauge” of some form... Time-ometer?
