Tonight's The Night!!!
...for being this big deal they were made out to be, the watches got little actual air time. I suspect a big flop - only die hard wg's picking up on the masterpiece.

Re: Tonight's The Night!!!
I think we all this one was going to be a straight up loser. "Imperious" - a cornball name that never had a chance.
They would have been better off just sticking with Invicta on this model.
These guys are really overplaying their hand.

Re: Tonight's The Night!!!
Looks like two things are apparent here (speaking now in my real voice):
The Imperious concept is a stone dud.
And, Skel going "buy, buy, buy!!!" on WG doesn't exactly pack the clout it used to.
Who gives a fuck about these damn toys in the first place? And therein lies the problem - that wee widdle segment of WGs that wouldn't know an actual watch if it fell on 'em. And if Skel can't dupe the marks on WGs...what's the point of the site as it stands now?
This stuff is just gloriously rich.

Infuriated:
How every customer will feel when the hands fall off, the gold flakes and they see them for 1/3rd the price in a few weeks somewhere else.

I think Jeffrey is right on. Someday these people may feel differently about paying $600 or so for a watch with a Ronda quartz movement. Especially when the company just disappears like Poseidon did. Puzzle me this-If Imperious is'nt Invicta and they will dominate the market(according to the TV watch wizard), how come they don't get their own forum? All the Imperious threads are in the Invicta forum.

Good point. BC is still bringing it-he's not letting the asshat title go to his head.

That thread should have never been deleted, what TOS was broken? Just shows what a classless bunch of douchebags that run WGs!
Re: Tonight's The Night!!!
Dead on boscoe, DOA. Another one pound cloaked invicta piece of shit with skeltons' input written all over it.

Wow, it's ugly as fuck and is still an Invicta with Superluminova and sapphire for the price of an Oris or Hamilton.

Re: Tonight's The Night!!!
I missed the first 15 or 20 minutes last night and I think I missed the World Debut of the new IMPERIOUS line of all Swiss built hand assembled line of the best sleeper watch of 2010.
I did see while channel hopping back and forth from QCV and HSN to ShopNBC and I caught really only like preview spots on the much anticipated Imperious line as if Mr Skelton, the fantastic Horological expert was going to do a launch far better than the first space shuttle launch but I never really saw it.
Did he do a big huge debut at the top of the 1st hour or was there not really a debut of it all?

Re: Tonight's The Night!!!
I tuned in very late. Caught a bit before I fell into my post-insulin diabetic hybernation.
Woke up and Larry (Ass Clown) Stuhrling was touting his tourby and claiming "Eyal Lalo packs big clout with ETA, Valijoux and can walk right in and get any movement he wants!" He's a force to be dealt with just like George J Von Berg, which tweaks Larry (Ass Clown) Stuhrling's "Asian" crap.
Guess Larry (Ass Clown) Stuhrling didn't get the memo that Invicta has been removed from the ETA list!

Re: Tonight's The Night!!!
yeah he seemed very low key after all the hype... he didn't even have the oh so elegant packaging to show... wg has already helped expose invicta and it's killed this brand before it could even crawl...

I thought he was saying George J Von Berg was the guy who could walk right into ETA, not Laylo...

Re: Tonight's The Night!!!
I hate to pile on but I have to....
point your browsers on over to http://imperiouswatch.com/
take a look at the clasp on that bracelet, aside from the fact that Im sure its the same supported scissor style scotch and soda shit as any other invicta.............the finishing on it looks like absolute garbage. Check out the I M P in the stamped shit logo.
I have to say Ol' JimBlows macro skills are impressive, but they should have given the camera this time to Tiger Mike after not having a drink for a day or two. Ol' Shakey Detox Hands would have taken a nice blurry picture and no one would be able to see the crap finishing job on this watch.
Or better yet heres a screen cap just in case.............

So that was the world premier? BFD. A miserable failure--and an overpriced one, at that.

looks like chicken pox...........or better yet a case of gonorrhea from being in bed with Invicta
Re: Tonight's The Night!!!
According to their warranty...
7. If your watch should require service during the period of warranty, please send it along with a copy of your original bill of purchase and a check payable to Imperious Watch in the amount of $25 to cover the cost of shipping and handling.
They are only charging $25 for shipping. What a complete scam from all involved!
