Tonight's the night - the big-time debut of the Imperious Gearhead on the sooper-duper "Watch Collectors Series" on ShopNBC! Me, Smokes Riley, Eddie, and Vibrating Bill went out to Ace Hardware and got a couple of drop cloths, a small anvil to hold down the coffee table, and lots of munchies from AM/PM Mini Market, because this is gonna be a HUGE deal! A brand new watch company that's dedicated to quality - Jim Skelton told me so! They're big, think of the name Imperious!!! WHAT?!? The ShopNBC site lists the Imperious as SOLD OUT?! What..how? I was gonna call right at 7 o'clock so i could personally thank the ShopNBC operator for blessing me...sold out? How...why...WTF...God, I feel sick....I need bismuth....how in the world can I face those guys without my

Damn I'm glad I'm back in the states. I can't wait to see this train wreck of a show. I can already hear the hype machine warming up for this new brand. Let's see if they even reference Invicta tonight as owner of Imperious, I'm sure that will slip Jaws mind. Do you get that excellent 5 year warranty with this brand? Will it be the same top notch people that provide the CS for Inflicta? I will be tuning in for sure, entertainment at it's finest folks.....

Now thats all kind of funny. I see over on WG's the brand is being questioned and Jimmy is still avoiding any and all information about the brand and is suggesting to people just not buy the brand.

What is funny is will just not tell the public that it is really part of Sterling Time LLC which does all of there business via the ShopNBC auction site and is really a ShopNBC exclusive or should we just say is a ShopNBC company out of Brooklyn on the same city block as the address for Imperious and also on the same city block is Sturhling Original which is right next door to Sterling Time LLC.

Oh yeah by reading over there I also did a little whois search on the website and its listed as being hosted on InvictaWatchLive.com which is a website set up for Invicta distributors and dealers.

Anyone who buys an Imperious is purchasing an Invicta watch for twice the price of an Invicta.

I'm just wondering how long it will be before the WG's realize what Eyal and Jim have done to them now.

I think at this point unless they hit the streets in the $200 to $250 the majority of the fuzzy bunnies will not buy and the brand will flop. What is currently available is all that will ever be available unless it sells faster than shit from Skeltons mouth when he is on the air on ShopNBC, the greatest televisions sales site on the planet.

Well that is just a no brainer FogHorn.

Even if they have 500 of each model it is a no brainer to only make 100 available or to randomly just say this color is now sold out and then a little later another one is sold out and then a different model is now sold out and each time they announce it being sold out they talk about the limited productions of them and that more will be coming so keep your eyes out for them and them in a few days they will be available again and then not and then again and then not and they will just dribble and drabble the quantities for the next month or so and milk the newness of it as long as they can and then when they see that sales are about dried up they will drop the price and clearance them out to prepare for the next shipments of them that will be a year or two away.

It seems as though the black wasn't selling as fast as he expected by his reaction when inquiring how many were left. I think he also expect the rose gold to sell out within a few minutes - it didn't.

Seeing it in person and it really has Skelton written all over it; corny, obtuse and obnoxious.

I am over the moon - I was able to pick up on 15 of these watches and I should be able to mark them up on ebay by 20% so a pretty good catch - being all swiss made with top of the line materials and hand built, hand finished by a very exclusive brand, I can't ask for more.

I would have liked the flame fusion crystal on it to top the deal but I can't be too picky.
