The Invicta Men's Subaqua Noma IV Limited Edition (V 7750)

Post by eddiea » June 20th 2010, 11:10am

Watching todays show of the 3PM Eastern Invicta presentation at the Shop ... Mike- Stand-toll-with a Dildo(His Native American nickname) was once againg delivering his never ending blubbering (something that sounds like a piece of dialogue out of the Girl Interrupted movie BTW), going to great lengths explaining how ETA is very selective about assigning the increasingly hard to obtain Valjoux 7750... Long term costumers (like Invicta) are those left with an assigned number of movements for up to 2 years at the time, the rest are out of luck...said the grotesquely shaped moron...
At the sale price of $1,399.86 this is not peanuts ..me thinking , is it Eyal had or have really any deals directly with ETA ever? or he is walking the sleazy, dirty back alleys of Shanghai's sometimes legal, sometimes illegal gray watch market distrits a la Dubois Dépraz?
Any thoughts?...
Hope y'all are having a great Fathers Day......

I saw a few minutes of the show with Turdling & green. Turdling went on about Invicta having their own company Technica sWISSESE ebauche. Same old dribble about the movments being the equal to ETA.

Do they purchase direct from ETA? Given the small amounts of automatic movements they purchase every year, I personally doubt it.

Actually neither. He was the only sucker willing to move to Minneapolis and work for Shaeffer Beer, MD20/20 and an Inflicta Reserve for each broadcast.

Did Invikta ever make their own in-house movement?

Not that I know of. You have to remind yourself of the ol' Invicta con: Play up any auto movrment as important so people forget the baubles were actually haphazardly slapped together in China.
