Just pointing it out seems to be enough to get _you_ waxing supercilious.

Well, you're determined. I'll give you that AT.

My brother adopted 2 chinese girls several years ago. Went through hell to get them. Pretty cool little kids. I think we all know or have known Chinese people. Most take it on a case by case basis like anybody else. No different.

Refering to the "Chinese" as a country, well, if disliking people that do the unethical shit they do makes me a bigot, I guess I'll take it.

But I love my pups and would hate to see em on the menu.

Nope, I'd never call anyone a bigot when the comments are that specific. I don't like the people that do the unethical shit either. I know for a fact they make life very much harder for the very many more folks who don't do that stuff.

And I appreciate your willingness to be fair about it.

I groomed and handled/trained dogs professionally for about 4 years when I was much younger and I don't plan on eating them either.

I wouldn't say no if a host offered it but I wouldn't go looking for it. ( I guess it's more I won't eat animals that I personally know as my friends...or friends of my friends ;-) ... 'cause I think cow is yummy, even though they can be kinda cute...and bacon....mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm bacon )

_You_ shut the fuck up.

Are you seriously this fucking stupid?

If you haven't figured it out yet, I'm an animal lover and can't for the life of me figure out how someone, anyone, be it Chinese, Japanese, Swede, American, Indian whatever could eat an animal that is a pet. Animal cruelty is another thing that will get me riled up as well if you must know. Kick a dog, and I'll kick your ass. Is that straight forward enough for you? Now go ahead and continue with your bigotry bullshit.

The funny thing is that if this was a thread about Indian's eating dogs you wouldn't even be involved because it wouldn't involve China and your fucked up obsession with all things Chinese. I'm not threatening your or asking you to leave, hell I could have made you disappear already if that were the case. So please continue to embarrass yourself to your hearts content.

Don't you ever get tired of being wrong?

I already stated plainly right near the start of this that I wouldn't stay quiet if you said the same stuff about other types of people...
AlbertaTime wrote:I'm here to let you know that the silence that has kept you safe up till now is over. I wouldn't tolerate this kind of spew about gay folks or any other ethnic or racial group and I'm not planning on leaving you alone just because your target is Chinese.
...and it's __you__ that (even though you kinda claimed you would) didn't actually ever say squat --- any. time. --- about other folks from other countries who eat dog.

The ONLY folks you stated you wanted to kill, the ONLY folks you mentioned at all were Chinese and only Chinese.

Keep in mind also: I don't _ever_ start this stuff. That's your game, Noob, and __you__ do it every time you start up with your incessant and plainly obsessive China bashing.

Now about the Swiss
I found this

According to the 21 November 1996 edition of the Rheintaler Bote, a Swiss newspaper covering the Rhine Valley area, the rural Swiss cantons of Appenzell and St. Gallen are known to have had a tradition of eating dogs, curing dog meat into jerky and sausages, as well as using the lard for medicinal purposes. Dog sausage and smoked dog jerky remains a staple in the Swiss cantons of St. Gallen and Appenzell, where one farmer was quoted in a regional weekly newspaper as saying that "meat from dogs is the healthiest of all. It has shorter fibres than cow meat, has no hormones like veal, no antibiotics like pork."[88]

A few years earlier, a news report on RTL Television on the two cantons set off a wave of protests from European animal rights activists and other concerned citizens. A 7,000-name petition was filed to the commissions of the cantons, who rejected it, saying it was not the state's right to monitor the eating habits of its citizens.

The production of food from dog meat for commercial purposes, however, is illegal in Switzerland.[89]

You have two towns in switzerland that do this in a taboo kind of way. And when people found out there was an outcry. Now comparing the Swiss and Chinese is ridiculous
Royal SPCA Asian regional representative Paul Littlefair estimates from direct observations and news reports that from six to eight million dogs per year are eaten in CHINA

The reason you don't hear any protest in china is Becouse if you do protest you goin to get your ass kick and put in jail for open your mouth. This is the country that AT loves.

The irony here is that very few of their posts would be permitted at stormfront.org.

I want to elaborate on this further. Racial epithets go above and beyond those already filtered. In case anybody has any questions regarding what constitutes a racial epithet, let me explain. Any term that refers to another person or persons of another race and/or ethnicity in a derogatory or demeaning manner is considered a racial epithet.

We don't need to resort to crude and derogatory language to express our opinions and views. We are judged by how we write, speak and conduct ourselves. This forum is visited by tens-of-thousands of people daily. With that said, please be mindful of our image when posting.

Bold mine.

Sorry, AT, they have no place no go. Even a site of, by and for bigots would run them off.

Figures.

I posted that in the other thread.

The Cantons in Switzerland are out of the Swiss mainstream. Guangzhou province is similarly out of the mainstream.

For the mathematically challenged: compare dog-eating in Switzerland per capita to the Chinese numbers.

If you really want to impose Western morality on Asia, I suggest you start with Viet Nam.

The only reason you get away with your racist crap here is that you're not alone. Hell, you might actually be in the majority.

No.

It's because I got curious and actually went to stormfront.org today to check the rules. Your crap would not be permitted.

Make of that what you will.

Short enough for you?

Gonna kill those Swiss or not?

No, it is fucking not.

Now that Noob has chimed in, allow me to restate in short sentences of no more than two syllables.

I don't give a flying fuck at a rolling donut if only 50 people in Switzerland eat dog - are you or are you not going to offer to kill those 50 people?

I think Noob just likes dogs more than people that eat them. I do too Image
After all, no ham-wristed louts complained when all watches were 34mm - no cries of "looks like a little girl's watch on my wrist!" Like King Canute on the beach, that's where I draw the line - come what may.

That's what I was driving at.
Thanks!

Oh.

So now that you're backed into a corner, all of a sudden you're actually just calling for a general jihad on dog-eaters and you don't care about the ethnicity.

Well, if you didn't---and don't---care about the ethnicity...why is it that you wrote:
I'd like to slaughter 15,000 Chinese for this stupidity.
...instead of "I'd like to kill those dog-eaters?"

You didn't even say "I want to kill those Chinese dog-eaters"...you just said you wanted to kill..slaughter was the word you used...an equal number of Chinese in retaliation. And later when the Vietnamese and Korean dog-eaters were mentioned, why didn't you write: "I'd like to kill *those* dog-eaters, too!!"

I'm not convinced. You may not be a racist and I'm perfectly willing to allow that it's possible that it's just your lack of control over your anger that prompts you to write the very clearly racist things you did write here.

But either way, it's your behaviour in the future that will tell whether you're just trying to cover up by trotting out some meaningless dissembling and back-tracking here, or whether you've actually learned a lesson.

We'll see. I don't hold grudges so I'm perfectly willing to drop it here as long as there's no repeats.

Oh I'll continue to rip on the Chinese for their blatant rip offs of virtually everything and their government for letting the people get away with it. Now when the Swiss or Americans start doing that, I will rip on them as well.
