I shall bid $33 but only if you promise NOT to send the vegemite. I have seen that vile invention once, and that was way more than enough.
Everybody thinks that the first time. But your curiosity will get the better of you. You'll experiment. You'll grow to enjoy it, then you'll be gagging for it, begging me for it.

Half an ounce of bud is a pretty good size pouch as long as it doesn't shrink in the cold - I wonder what they do with the rooballs - maybe they're good eatin' like Rocky Mountain Oysters.
Recliner, this is a valid question. Also, do the Roo's miss their scrotum?

That is a good question - glad you asked. We use them for meatball subs, and sometimes in dumplings.
Well, I'm glad they don't go to waste- The roos must really miss scratching them - I know I would.

Yes, I hope that we don't waste any of these beautiful animals that we kill. The skin makes a wonderfully soft leather (my satchel is made from vegetable-tanned roo leather) and the eye fillets are stunning - rich, lean, and tender if not over-cooked. Some of the other cuts aren't that great but they are used in pet food. Some Aborigines like to eat the tail cooked in coals.

It's been such a crazy week that I forgot that the auction was still running! Final bids are in, andconrtaulations Mr. Bbattle, you are the winner of the black and gold square LE G-Shock, with a winning bid of US$33. At least, I hope it was in US$, because in Aussie buckerros that would be like three fiddy.

I will match your bid with a top-up of AUD$150, hopefully some disadvantaged kid has a better christmas thanks to the Lords.

A little background, I only learned of Smith Family through one of the Directors at my previous consultancy. She is a hard-assed, hard-as-nails, stark-raving-mad corporate lawyer. Every now and then she'd show glimpses of warmth and generosity, however, one of those times being Christmas when she'd make a substantial donation to Smith Family. She also encouraged us to buy toys and put them under the office Christmas tree, which would then be donated as well (a couple of staff actually complained that they didn't get paid enough and so shouldn't feel obligatred to donate!). I'm no longer with the concultancy, but I feel Smith Family is one of the worthiest causes (being a commie pinko socialist) so I've decided to continue the 'tradition'.

Thanks Bbattle, thanks to everyone who bid, thanks to those who just mocked this thread and its contents!

Yes I did. I suppose I should send you shipping and sew fourth. Just tell me how much and where to send it.
