WL Fall Charity Auction! The Sixth!
viewtopic.php?f=1&t=43368
Let's get started:
Fossil Quartz Diver
A very nice (and very yellow) diver from fashion brand Fossil, this is a well made, robust watch. Nice stainless case that measures 46mm across, 49mm with crown, 52mm lug to lug, 14.5mm thick. The lug width is 21mm. The crown screws down, and the rated WR is 200 meters. The bezel action is a tad stiff, but this might be due to lack of use--I can't find a scratch on this one, and the strap (nice and pliable, too) still has plastic on the buckle. No box or papers.
Adi 224 Ana-Digi
A very cool one, this; made in Israel, supposedly for the IDF, this ana-digi is cool and pretty small--42mm across, 44mm with crown, 43mm lug to lug, 11.5mm thick, 24mm lug width. Made of stainless steel and with a WR of 200 meters, it's got a (rather stiff) rubber/plastic strap with plenty of cool writing on it (WIND SPORTY!) The digi part seems to have a chronograph, day/date, alarm, plus secondary time zone. Nice. No box or papers.
Aragon Big Fucking Diver
A nice offering from Master Wing, this Aragon is big: 45mm across, 48mm with crown, 50mm lug to lug, a remarkable 16.5mm thick, 22mm lug width. Using a Seiko automatic movement (I think the NH36) that hacks and handwinds, this is a big fucking watch. Nice bracelet, very stiff bezel, screwdown crown and WR of 200 meters. Comes with extra links and nice box.
Right. This auction will run Saturday, March 30, ending precisely at 8:00PM Pacific time. Half the proceeds to go to Shriners Hospitals for Children, the rest for forum upkeep here and at Watchforums/Bestdamnwatchforum.
Bid it up, gents!
