Teddy and Flo are noted watch collectors and avid sailors. Right about now, Teddy and Flo are in some pretty deep shit indeed, as their yacht in the Gulf of Mexico has lost power, and is in danger of being swamped by heavy seas. Teddy and Flo are pretty goddamned scared, as anybody would be, facing imminent death.
But right about now a US Coast Guard Sikorsky MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter is taking off from a CG station in Texas, and flying out, in the middle of the fucking night, to rescue Teddy and Flo. Four young men and women are aboard the Jayhawk, and the only way they can see is through night-vision gear. But they will make it to Teddy and Flo's stricken yacht, and they will hoist them up to safety, and they will save their lives. Teddy and Flo will live to a grand old age, and pass down their watches to their grandkids and great grandkids. Because four young Americans flew out in the middle of the fucking night to rescue them.
Without pay. Why? Because that's what heroes do.
