WL Spring Charity Auction 6--Strap Wartchs!!
Up first, Swiss Legend Abyssos:

This one's a big motherfucker--how big I don't know, as it's in the hands of the donor, who will ship it to the winner at the end of the auction. His notes:
The crystal is scratched between 2 and 3 o'clock right next to bezel. Bezel has some marks on it too.
This one has the Swiss ETA 2836 movement.
Winder included.
Note that later versions of this watch had the STP movement inside.
Harry Potter Watch

While this one isn't exactly the Patek Graves Supercomplication, it's cool for the younguns and those who are Harry Potter fans--and there are many, many of these out there, believe me. Gold plated metal, quartz movement, comes in layout box. 40mm across, 47mm lug-to-lug, 13mm thick. The cool thing is that the case revolves around inside the outer ring (just like a JLC Reverso!!) BNID, never worn. Leather strap.
Hamilton Automatic Tonneau:

Hammie ref. # H364150. A very fine tonneau-cased watch, especially for the larger gentlemen. 41mm 10-4, 41mm with crown, lug-to-lug a frightening 53mm, but only 12mm thick. Super embossed dial with gold markers and hands, ETA 2824 inside, Hammie leather strap (with no visible wear) and signed buckle. I see no wear at all on this bad boi. Comes without box or papers.
Seiko 6309-7040

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS WATCH REQUIRES SERVICE. It runs with a few shakes but quickly stops. These Seikos were produced by the zillions from 1976-1988. This one looks to be in particularly good nick, but is not running. It comes on an aftermarket rubber rallye strap. No box or papers.
So that's it for this one. Here's the rules: The auction will run until Sunday, 26 March, ending at precisely 8:00PM Pacific time. To bid, post in this thread (or send me a PM). High bid wins. All sales final. Winners to send 25% of the winning bid to the forum via "Donate" button, found at the top right of each page, the balance to me via Paypal only, and I will then forward the proceeds to St. Judes. I will then mail out the watches to the winners ASAP (except the Swiss Legend, which will be shipped to the winner by the donor.) Feel free to ask questions, break balls, etc. in this thread until one hour before hammer time, then bids only, please. Winners, please include $10 for shipping costs (except for the Swiss Legend.) When bidding, please clearly state which watch you are bidding on.
Have fun!
