I've never heard of them before, but from the pics (and the price) it looks like one of those really cheap mushroom brands John House used to sell--Chinese movement, day/date indicator (rather than a moonphase), exposed balance wheel (instead of a tourbillon), etc.

I'd steer clear of this one.

Agree with John.

Here’s a Reddit post.

These are generic, cheap, run-of-the-mill China-produced fashion watches, complete with a more or less true European heritage story and vague mumbo-jumbo about the finest raw materials and yadayadayada. If you like the design, go for it, it will probably last you some 6-12 months, but don't expect more.

tl;dr - garbage.

I’m going to disagree with these bloody yanks. It’s an actual brand in the UK. Have seen the Horizon in person not a bad watch at under 1k with a Miyota 9015. They aren’t pretending to be something they aren’t. The one you’re looking at is under 300 which has a citizen 210. Looks like they source their parts so it will be a catalog watch but slightly elevated. Don’t listen to much to Conjurer he’s still jilted by a Smiths Everest.

I don't see anything at Swan & Edgar that says Citizen 210.

I see a place that says "Hand Assembled & Calibrated 210 Part 20 Jewel Automatic Movement" which reads as a movement with 210 pieces and 20 jewels.

I can't find a Citizen open-heart movement that looks like the movement in Swan & Edgar's "Complexity" but it's easy to find a similar Chinese movement:
