Picked up a new seiko speedtimer ssc947 Pogue re issue and i find the chrono pushers soft when engaged. I also noticed the same pusher muted soft operation on another seiko chrono i had in the drawer. you tube had 3 different reviewers mention the same thing. I'm wondering if these pushers a just as durable as some citizens or casios I've owned in the past or am I giving free reign to my OCD?

Nothing to worry about. All of Seiko's quartz chronos have very soft pushers. Even their mechanical chronos, IIRC, were pretty soft.
