Hi Watchlords! I am new to your forum, hope everyone is doing well.

My boyfriend found this older Mickey Mouse Disney watch at a garage sale last weekend. We have been trying to find out some information about it, but haven’t been able to find almost anything. The only reference we’ve found to it is on the Watchophilia site under the header “Disney Special Edition.” I’ll link below to the page in question and attach some photos of it.

Curious if anyone knows anything about this watch? It’s strange to me we can find hardly anything about it, but after looking and looking I figured if anyone would know it was probably the members of this forum. Thanks in advance.

Sold at the parks as a cheaper alternative to Seiko and a few other brands during the 1995-97 for the 25th anniversary of Walt Disney world. As far as value not too sure. Probably needs a cleaning and battery replacement.

Thank you so much Ocean! This is fantastic info. I wonder about the value too. It’s brand new, the plastic cover has never even been pulled off of it. The complete lack of info on the internet has me thinking either it’s worth absolutely nothing, or maybe something due to it’s apparent uniqueness.

Apart from the Disney connection, I doubt there's any real value at all. Cool find, though.

Thanks Conjurer! Yeah fair enough, our curiousity was piqued mostly because we couldn’t find anything about it online apart from the singular reference on Watchophilia. My boyfriend has been getting more interested in watches as of late (after losing a beloved one his parents gave him on his 21st) so he was excited to find something unique for so cheap!
