For several weeks now I've noticed that several forums are slow and clunky to load and you don't see half the pics posted on them. I'ts the forums using the same software to run them?

Could be your setup but some forums have shut down image storage or sites like photobucket eliminated free image hosting.

Uploading images directly to the forum is available here but we will eventually run out of space.

Could just remove that capability and have folks upload to Imgur and share the link if running out of space is a concern

This is apparently a widespread problem. The Shelby forum I frequent has this issue ongoing for about a week now. The administrators say it's being worked on. So far, no results.

Any Shelby is faster than the internet. So I blame a degree of expectation bias exists on that forum's users.
