loss

Lost my beloved boy last week to cancer. Fucking cancer. He was 7 1/2 years.

Goddamn it, Mr. majt, this is terrible news. Having a pet means that, at some point, you have to do the right thing for the member of the family. There's no way to ease the pain, but at some point, you'll remember the joy and love your dog brought to you.

There's a special place in heaven for those who love animals.

Very tough, being retired i was with him all the time. the cancer came on in less than a month. Thought he was going into the vet for an infection but no such luck. Cancer everywhere.....anyways thx we will get through it.....

Ach. I am so sorry. It hurts so much each time, no matter if premature or when one knows it's coming. Can see the picture of her from where I am sitting, and makes me sad, though it is 11 months now.

It sure isn't the same around the house, empty . I can say this has been hardest of all. He was with me 24/7... He played soccer with the kids down the street for hours. Had to replace a few soccer balls but WTF...
