Pretty--I like the retro numericals. But you can find a green dial Orient Bambino, same size, on Amazon for half the price--and it's probably a better watch.

I honestly don't get the whole Marlin thing, or the revived Timex in general.

I like the numerals on the Timex dial but both brands look nice.

I actually like the blue dials of both brands over the green.

Once you've fallen off the movement wagon, it's tough to get back on. Perhaps if Bill Gates fancied an All-American watch Timex could clone an ETA or some off-patent Seiko movement. :-)

I like it but not the price. Give it a domed sapphire and 9015 and I'd be interested.
Quite so. Timex (again, when I was a young buck) was something you picked up at the local Woolworths, for ten or fifteen bucks. I'm not quite sure about the inflation rate of today vs. my childhood, but I kinda doubt that it's around three bills for something that cost so little back then.

And, the movement. What, did Timex buy the last container of Miyota 8215's? Those fucking movements were ancient when I made my bones here.

I like it except for the case, the movement, the markers and the price. Have to see the color to be sure.

The Timex I wore through 4 years in the AF cost less than $20 and looked better.

Id stick with the Bambino if I hadnt flipped it. Would buy another.

Hate that watch's guts.

There were a few Timex watches I thought were ok during the beginning of their resurgence — I like the Indiglo in particular — but I don't get models like this one especially with the uptick in prices.

Picked up a used original reissue after they cooled off. Seemed worth the price. I've decided to find it charming.

That's a great looking watch. Good choice.
