WTF! Banned @ Canadian Watch Forum?

Alright! Have not been there in awhile but banned? For what? I was one of the first members at that site years ago. I must have said I did not like something Canadian, like Celine Dion or Marathon watches.

I just tripped over this thread, and thought I would clarify, as I am the owner of canwatchco...

Koimaster, your (ancient!) account is not and has never been banned. The page you came to was a page that would pop up if people re-entered the site and tried to enter with an incorrect password... It was actually a weird quirk with the Vbulletin software which was only conquered just prior to migrating to a newer more updated platform.

I will reach out to you directly as well, and if you have forgotten your password or abandoned your original registration email address I will update for you. You should come back and have a look around!

I’m sure you had good intentions in your reply but the poor timing relative to the original post is rather unfortunate.

Alain quit participating in watch forums a few weeks after he passed away.

That said, we’re clearly a particularly willfully cantankerous group but I have no problem accepting your comments in the good spirit in which they appear to have been intended, though way past due… 🍻
