Hopefully you are on track deposit wise. As previously mentioned, I went for a blue version. If I had not helped my grandson out with his college I would have picked up the brown dial as well.

Moved to general forum.

I know the deposit deadline was to be 2/15/18 or so. Did this project get off the ground? From what I saw at the deposit page at WUS, only 67 watches were purchased in total which is a shame.

Just got an email from Ed. He said they've moved to the next stage and the prototypes should be ready in April / May. If they reach 100 deposits after the prototypes are marketed, then theywill go into final production.

If not, then all deposits will be refunded.

So...still in play.

He is hoping that it will pick up steam once the prototypes are in and people can see a watch instead of a rendering.

I posted it on tz-uk, it's got a lot of views, but not much discussion. I know the majority there isn't into large buffoon watches and a lot like Ed's 63 and the Bundeswehr he put out.
Me talking it up has renewed my interest. I'll likely get the brown dial and just change the bracelet out.

looking forward to receiving this one day. I wonder if kickstarter might have worked for those who did not want a forum logo on it.

He's up to 71 sales now, I don't think 29 more will be a stretch when the prototypes come out.

Was just looking it over the other day. Looks like everyone is going to get a brown dial. I am ok with this.

The prototypes should be ready by the end of May. Here is a technical drawing of the case.

Here are the 3D renders. The final products may not be exactly the same as the renders and will hopefully be better :)

I see "Zodiac" in there.

I still think the BOR bracelet is out of place for that style.

Saw at,WUS that he is working on this watch for EMG so that there are enough cases to order for the project vintage. Looks like this is going through at this point and the vintage project will be a reality.

I have been looking for a nice yellow diver and have not been quick enough to get any Mako's when they are up for sale. The yellow here will do fine for me, so it looks like I'll be getting one of these too.

I think it's smart that he is doing this watch that has the same case to ensure there will be enough of an order for the vintage to come out. So, this is the same case, just different dial and hands. I like that it's 40mm and will grab the yellow.

The black dial version with a white rehaut is beyond cool.

Apologies, but I just saw Koimaster's post and wanted to keep you all updated. There was a delay with the cases and we expect the prototype watches to be ready in two to three weeks.

Here are the prototype dials and the brown dial has incorrect BGW9 lume.

Here is the revised brown dial with Old Radium lume.
