Bottom line of review -

Overall impression and final thoughts:

Overall, the Cooper Submaster PVD SAS SBS Military is a nice looking, casual, quartz watch. For under $100, the end consumer is provided with a low-cost alternative that offers a "Mil-Sub" tactical feel with a "wear it and forget it" convenience of a quartz. Given the price point, it is certainly worth consideration.

The Cooper Submaster SAS SBS OVD BVD OMG WTF BBQ Military Army Navy Air Force Marine watch prides itself on having lots of acronyms, initials and other nouns and stuff in its name.

The military lives on acronyms, initials, etc. that's how they roll.
