Yup. However I enjoy my Precista and Christopher Ward as much as my Tudor and Seiko's.

As long as a company is honest and I like the watch, I have no reservations in giving them my money.

I concur. Forum watches shouldn't have the same negative connotations as TV watches. Forum watches are sold because WIS who post on forums desire a certain style and movement combo. If forum members participate in the watch design, even better, because I view communal collaboration as a good thing. A watch designed by owners suits the owners' needs, not the half-brained concoctions of a few watchmakers behind closed doors in cigar-filled rooms
