fuck, found a watch I want for my grandson and the sticking page will not load properly. $211 for a hand cranker in the nearly new section and I am stuck waiting for the sticking site to load. Not going to go well if it is sold out. screw this crap. If you cannot run a website where you are selling things it is time to move on.

What the heck...all the interest from the WL's must have crashed their site! I wanted to look at a couple of those good deals as well. :(

It's definitely bringing back some memories.

Have owned both Tridents and Malverns. Still have my Trident and it is well made, accurate and one of my favorite watches.

Those sale prices are quite reasonable.

Like most on the CW forum, I'm on the mailing list for early access to these sales, which is when I post them here. Those first couple hours get pretty nuts. Not to worry, the Half Off Spring Sale is just around the corner.

I have been a member there for 7 years now and have never received an email for a sale. In fact when I ordered a forum LE with my chosen number somehow managed to "lose" my order until all the watches were sold. Happened to a few others as well.

Wouldn't trouble me any though I suppose it's largely symbolic because they've already effectively banned themselves by making such sales inaccessible. The 5-day small seconds is hors de combat as well.

I'm seeing no reason to assume the spring event will differ in any meaningful way from the fall event.

Not to be a dick (which I am, in spades), but I'm guessing a lot of the "sold out" models will magically appear on Watchrecon in about a week, advertised as "BNIB" and "Minty!!!"

What a helvetica of a deal!

I'll keep reusing this line until everyone's sides are sore.

Yesterday, our site was the subject of a DDOS attack which took our systems down for several hours and meant we couldn’t take orders.

We are sorry if you had trouble ordering yesterday. We’re now back up and running, with despatches up to date – and we’re ready to take your order!
